The Remote Product Support Specialist provides product support to customers, troubleshoots issues, documents interactions, and collaborates with various teams.
The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Product Support Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will provide product-related support to customers, helping them effectively use our solutions and ensuring a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to product-related inquiries from customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in product support, technical support, or customer success
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and SaaS products
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
