Responsibilities:

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product support, technical support, or customer success
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and SaaS products
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
