Executive Communications and Presentation Development

  • Develop, design, and refine executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for MBRs, QBRs, offsites, strategy sessions, and cross‑functional forums.
  • Translate complex business and technical information into concise, visually compelling storytelling.
  • Draft executive summaries, talking points, meeting notes, and communication materials.

Event and Meeting Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and offsites.
  • Manage run‑of‑show documents, materials, seating charts, AV setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and track agendas, timelines, and event deliverables.

PMO & Project Coordination Support

  • Support PMO governance routines including RAID logs, project updates, status reporting, and intake workflows.
  • Manage cross‑functional schedules, dependencies, and action item follow‑
  • Assist Project Managers and Program Managers with documentation, tracking, and communications.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and online project repositories.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for presentations, reports, and project documentation.
  • Help support organizational rhythms including operating cadences and planning cycles.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a connector across Technology, Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Facilitate communication flow between leaders and project teams.
  • Ensure timely alignment and follow‑through on cross‑departmental initiatives.


Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in PMO support, executive administration, communications, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated experience producing executive‑ready decks.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to distill and structure information clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast‑moving priorities.
  • Experience coordinating events, leadership meetings, or workshops.
  • Familiarity with PMO tools (Asana, Planview, Jira, SharePoint, Teams) is preferred.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
