Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team.

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Assist with special projects and research as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications
  • 0-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient typing skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
