Provides remote post-sales technology support and technical services to external customers and/or internal field personnel utilizing remote diagnostic capabilities. This includes reactive actions that result in a timely and cost effective problem resolution for customer and proactive preventive actions. May support 3rd party products and occasionally visit customer site. Leverages post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities. May book transactional sales opportunities and provides highly qualified leads to sales.
There could be up to 10% travel to customer sites performing technical work (repairs, installations, consulting) and attending internal Agilent training classes.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology or equivalent.
- Typically 4+ years relevant experience with ICPMS or GCMS technologies.
- 4+ years practical experience using or supporting ICPMS and GCMS technologies preferred. Experience with 21CFR compliance software a plus.
- Logical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Shift will be for Pacific time zones - 8 am to 5 pm Pacific.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
