Remote Data Entry Specialist

The Role:

This role is remote within the United States.

As part of our Operations Team at Turquoise Health, we are hiring a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support the accuracy and integrity of healthcare pricing data across our platform. You will play a critical role in maintaining clean, reliable data that powers transparency for providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and excited to contribute to improving healthcare affordability.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets
• Review data for inconsistencies and formatting errors
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain documentation of data processes
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks

What You Bring to the Role:

• 1+ year of administrative or data entry experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written communication skills
• High level of accountability and reliability

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.

Compensation:

$45,000 – $60,000 depending on experience

Job Location

Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
