ModSquad has partnered with a book publisher that creates customized reading experiences for students. Their mission is to make learning to read fun and engaging.

We are looking for experts with experience providing customer support via phones, email and tickets. Mods will support the product with answers about orders, customizations, etc. and answer questions from parents, teachers and other school officials who are new to the books and methodology of the product. 

Production Hours (Pacific Time):

Mon-Fri

7:00 am- 3:00 pm PST

Commitments:

Self-schedule 10 hours per week (minimum)

90 days (as needed)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior teaching/educational experience is required

  • Customer service experience via phones, email, and tickets

  • Willingness to take phone calls on every shift

  • A pleasant and professional phone presence

  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills.

  • Ability to follow documentation

  • Experience with Zendesk and HubSpot is preferred

Workspace Requirements:

  • A dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 11 or newer

  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM

  • Reliable internet connection

  • High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone

  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace for taking calls

  • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone
