As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll manage domestic travel arrangements using Sabre GDS, maintain traveler profiles in Concur, and ensure exceptional customer service during travel disruptions.

We’re looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to join our in-house travel team. This is a remote position and requires experience working with GDS systems (Sabre preferred) and corporate travel planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage domestic U.S. travel including air, hotel, and car rentals via Sabre GDS
- Manage and maintain traveler profiles in Concur
- Handle complex itineraries and last-minute changes with precision and professionalism
- Reissue and change tickets directly within the GDS
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal employees and external suppliers
- Provide support during out-of-hours emergencies as needed
- Implement cost-saving strategies and maintain budget awareness
- Stay informed about industry changes, travel disruptions, and policy updates
- Respond quickly and effectively to travel disruptions such as weather delays or cancellations
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with a GDS system (Sabre preferred), including cryptic/native commands
- Previous experience in a corporate travel role
- Proficiency in Concur or similar online booking tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
