The Role
100% remote, with oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes. You will carry a real caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups. Minimum 30 clinical hours per week; 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is the expectation, not the ceiling.
You
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
- Adapt your supervision to the person in front of you
- Pursue current evidence-based practice independently
- Manage your time and documentation without being chased
- Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
- Passes background check
