Target Range:

$85,000.00/Yr. - $95,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The AFS Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by developing an extensive understanding of the assigned clients' business to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. This individual will assist the business development team with identifying new opportunities with existing clients and developing new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing the strategies used to maintain strong client experiences, to ensure that excellent client services are being delivered
  • Provide accurate direction and assistance on software platforms, banking products, tasks, enhancements, and time efficient solutions
  • Manage assigned territory by fulfilling client requests and provide appropriate solutions to complex bankruptcy administration problems
  • Conduct client training on new programs/products and conduct user group meetings and webinars

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
