About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join the Private Data & Analytics Program — known internally as the Privates Hypercare Team — within Aladdin Data.

This team provides extended, high-touch post-implementation support for Private Financing Solutions (PFS) lines of business, covering both private credit and private equity portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Relationship Management:

· Serve as a trusted partner to PFS stakeholders on analytics topics. Proactively capture business needs, priorities, and risk areas to ensure continuity and confidence in Aladdin's private credit analytics capabilities.

Inquiry & Issue Resolution:

· Provide timely triage, clear ownership, and end-to-end coordination for data and analytics inquiries. Drive issues through to resolution with urgency and accountability.

Production Quality Control Partnership:

· Coordinate closely with the overnight QC team to assess exceptions, communicate priority items, and execute remediation actions that maintain day-to-day production stability.

Governance & Operating Cadence:

· Maintain a structured issues log, participate in regular review meetings, and track all open items through to resolution — ensuring transparency and clear ownership/accountability at all stages.

Experience

· 3+ years of experience in investment management, data operations, or financial analytics; exposure to private credit or private equity a strong plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to triage and resolve complex data issues in a fast-paced production environment.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable engaging senior business partners and translating technical issues into business-relevant updates.

· Familiarity with Aladdin or comparable investment management platforms preferred. Familiarity with Aladdin® or comparable investment management platforms preferred.

· Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and the ability to foster connectivity across regional offices and teams

· Ability to learn new concepts and processes while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with structured attention to detail.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$115,000.00 - USD$147,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance. For Princeton, NJ Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$132,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
