We are looking for a highly organized Planning Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-moving Fraud and Safety Operations team. In this role you will own the tactical mechanics of a complex, multi-phase planning process, building and maintaining the roadmap, coordinating inputs from multiple teams, and making sure every milestone and deliverable lands on time. You will give the planning lead the space to focus on strategy by keeping the engine running cleanly behind the scenes. This is an ideal opportunity for a program or operations professional who thrives on structure, fast execution, and disciplined follow-through.
What You'll Do- Own and maintain the full milestone and work-back plan across all planning phases, track progress against key deadlines, and proactively flag risks or slippage before they become escalations.
- Collect and organize initiative submissions from across the organization and cross-functional partners, flag duplicates and gaps, and prepare first-pass above-the-line versus below-the-line prioritization materials for leadership review.
- Compile prioritized initiatives with confirmed owners, go-live dates, OKR connections, and metrics targets, keeping the roadmap current and accurate throughout the planning cycle.
- Ensure every prioritized initiative connects to at least one key result, surface misalignments, and support the planning lead in resolving tensions before executive review.
- Track cross-functional dependencies, identify owners and commitment levels, and follow up with partners to confirm commitments are on track.
- Prepare materials for planning forums, strategy workshops, review sessions, and leadership meetings, including agendas, pre-read decks, consolidated data inputs, decision trackers, and post-session outputs.
- Support the development of an annual plan deck and business review deliverables by synthesizing roadmap data and OKR progress into clear, exec-ready narratives.
- 6 to 8 or more years of experience in program management, roadmap planning, or a highly cross-functional planning operations role.
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), including comfort with templates and lightweight automation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase workstreams with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work within OKR frameworks, initiative data, and capacity inputs to surface insights and alignment gaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex planning inputs into clear, action-oriented artifacts and exec-ready materials.
- A track record of operating in fast-moving, cross-functional environments where proactive communication and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable.
- A highly organized self-starter mindset with a strong bias toward documentation, structured process, and context preservation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the technology industry, with familiarity with the product lifecycle and related terminology.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining roadmaps in tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Jira, with comfort using multi-level tracking, field logic, and reporting views.
- Experience building a roadmap from scratch or maintaining one to hold teams accountable across a full planning cycle.
- Familiarity with OKR best practices and the ability to contribute ideas that improve an existing framework.
