JFrog is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join as the Regional Vice President of Strategic Solution Engineering. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of expanding JFrog’s presence within key accounts, driving the adoption of our cutting-edge DevOps,  DevSecOps, and MLOps solutions, and ensuring the success of our most strategic customers.

As Regional Vice President (RVP), you’ll lead a high-performing team of technical professionals, working with JFrog’s most strategic customers, forming strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional technical proofs of concept (POCs) and pre-sales guidance while acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. Reporting directly to the VP, Strategics and Field CTO, you’ll align regional strategies with corporate objectives, ensuring revenue growth, customer happiness, strategy alignment, and market leadership.

As a RVP of Strategic Solution Engineering in JFrog you will... 

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer happiness and revenue growth within strategic accounts.
  • Align team efforts with market trends, corporate goals, and competitive insights to enhance regional impact.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technical professionals, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize processes.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders, positioning JFrog as a strategic partner while addressing complex challenges.
  • Stay ahead of DevOps, DevSecOps and MLOps trends, refining strategies to address customer needs effectively.

To be an RVP of Strategic Solutions in JFrog you need...

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS, including 5+ years managing technical or solution-oriented teams.
  • Proven ability to drive seven- and eight-figure deals using methodologies like MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
  • Deep expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, and pre-sales activities such as needs analysis and product demonstrations.
  • Proven track record of driving high-value deals, developing strategic account plans, and achieving corporate objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, data driven, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to engage with customers and support team success.
  • Passionately drives agility and proactive approach, ensuring seamless alignment with stakeholders, customer goals, and JFrog's mission.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • Open to remote work for candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance to the Atlanta office.
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $280,000 to $315,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
