Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and enable people everywhere to live free of chronic disease. A critical component of our mission are the employers that help to sponsor the Omada program on behalf of their employees. As GLP-1s for obesity indications have burst onto the employee benefits scene in recent years, employers struggle to find balance between providing best-in-class benefits and maintaining organizational financial health.

We have published 30 peer-reviewed studies showing the efficacy of our program across various populations and leverage a pay for performance business model. The business is growing rapidly, and to help scale our impact, we are looking for a Regional Vice President & Product Specialist - GLP-1s to sell our GLP-1 focused solutions to employer groups. The sales motion would require close alignment with our Key Accounts team as our GLP-1 solutions are typically sold through a PBM relationship.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to navigate complex environments and successfully sell to senior-level executives. The ideal candidate will care about solving a customer's needs with passion, drive, and will operate with a level of integrity that allows us to shine with our channel partners and the broader healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have fun along the way and care deeply about their craft. The ideal candidate will partner closely with other Omada commercial personnel to align on strategy and execution at a client-by-client level.

As part of the Omada sales team the individual in this role will:

  • Identify opportunities within their territory / alliance that are a fit for the Omada solution and execute the sales process and playbook for those accounts. This would be done in coordination with other Omada Commercial personnel, including other sales people.
  • Work closely with strategic partners and PBMs to collaborate on market, account and opportunity strategies that lead to new business
  • Take a solution/consultative sales approach with prospects to learn more about their needs and how we would complement their strategies
  • Exercise the desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization

This position reports to the National Vice President & Product Specialist - GLP-1s, and will require the person to work cooperatively at all levels within the organization. The corporate culture is one in which smart, dynamic, driven, and vibrant individuals thrive.

  • A track record of successful quota achievement and sales achievement awards

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
