About the Role :
The Regional Vice President is responsible for business development and relationship management of clients in a specific territory. You will lead all sales-related activities as well as organize efforts of the client services team members to effectively address advisor needs.
To be successful, the Regional Vice President must have a strong knowledge of alternative investments and capital markets. The ability to discuss the sophisticated investment solutions that Halo's platform provides is critical to having success in the role.
Just as important, the Regional Vice President must have the appropriate business development skillset to align with and understand the issues and challenges RIAs/Family Offices face in managing their client portfolios.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Registered Investment Advisors and Family Offices in a designated region.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales objectives. Identify target markets, develop a sales pipeline, and establish sales targets and goals.
- Develop and manage productive relationships with key customers, partners and other stakeholders in the region.
- Ability to manage the follow-up process while being respectful of client/prospect's time.
- Represent Halo at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to best meet the needs of customers in the region.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Update and manage SalesForce database to reflect accurate client information.
- Proactively research and generate new RIA/Family Office leads.
Required Education and Experience :
- SIE, Series 7 and Series 63/66 required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience working in a relevant financial product sales environment, preferably selling in the RIA/Family Office/Bank Trust channel
- CAIA, CFA preferred but not required
- Must have excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Salesforce or related software
- Willingness to travel as required to conferences and/or clients.
