What You’ll Do

As Regional Vice President – SMB Sales, you will define and lead enterprise-critical strategies that shape Edmentum’s growth trajectory. You’ll inspire a high-performing team, influence organizational priorities, and champion customer-centric solutions that position Edmentum as the premier provider of technology-enabled learning.

In this role you will:

  • Lead regional sales strategy aligned to enterprise transformation goals
  • Build and develop leadership talent to sustain long-term growth
  • Drive strategic initiatives that optimize processes and accelerate revenue
  • Collaborate with senior executives to shape customer experience and market positioning
  • Ensure operational excellence through governance and compliance
  • Represent Edmentum in strategic customer engagements and industry forums

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K12 education (preferred)
  • You have extensive experience in enterprise-level sales leadership
  • You are skilled in driving organizational change and transformation
  • You have a proven ability to influence at executive and enterprise levels
  • You are strategic, innovative, and results-driven
  • You have exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • You are knowledgeable about educational trends and market dynamics
  • You are committed to inclusion, ethics, and Edmentum’s mission
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Pay range for this role:
$120,000$150,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
