About the Role

Motive is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise – Mexico to lead and scale our enterprise sales efforts in one of our fastest-growing markets. As a strategic sales leader, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Motive’s presence across Mexico, driving new business growth, and building a high-performing, execution-focused sales team. You’ll be responsible for selling the value of Motive’s enterprise solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes to our largest and most complex customers.

This is a high-impact role suited for a seasoned leader who thrives on both strategy and execution. You have experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coaching and scaling sales teams, and driving consistent revenue growth in B2B environments. You are process-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building something meaningful in a dynamic, high-growth company.

This is a remote role based in Mexico, with regular travel required to customer sites and internal meetings.

What You'll Do
  • Own and drive enterprise new business acquisition across Mexico, with full accountability for pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue performance

  • Lead discovery and strategic selling efforts into complex, high-potential accounts across key industries (logistics, transportation, construction, oil & gas, etc.)

  • Build and mentor a growing team of enterprise sellers, setting clear expectations, inspecting performance, and driving accountability

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution on GTM strategies

  • Localize and enhance playbooks, processes, and tools for the Mexican market, leveraging data to drive insights and improvements

  • Execute a high-quality sales process from first contact to close, guiding stakeholders through technical, financial, and operational evaluations

  • Cultivate strong executive relationships and represent Motive with professionalism and strategic insight

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to provide consultative value throughout the sales journey

What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with 2+ years in a team leadership or regional management role

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas in long-cycle, complex deal environments

  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and lead strategic customer conversations

  • Demonstrated success building or scaling regional sales functions in fast-paced, high-growth companies

  • Deep understanding of Mexico’s business culture and enterprise buying processes

  • A hunter mentality paired with strong process discipline and coaching ability

  • Experience in verticals such as transportation, logistics, construction, or industrial technology is highly desirable

  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software platforms
