Summary: The Regional Supervisor is accountable for the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams in their area of responsibility. The Regional Supervisor ensures that each Restaurant Management Team is performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.
Key Responsibilities of the Regional Supervisor will include:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations
- Operational Delivery; exceeding Company operational targets, through ensuring a consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service and approach.
- Profit Delivery; Achieving Site budgeted or forecasted Profit targets through ensuring all direct costs are managed effectively.
- Customer Focus; Improve existing levels of service and create standards that deliver a quality customer experience every time, whilst managing standards and feedback accordingly.
- People Management; Lead from the front, drive change and create a “will do” culture to the business, creating energy and focus for people to achieve outstanding results.
- Providing support and guidance to all Managers within your area of responsibility.
- Recruitment and development of management teams.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and supporting your employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering this.
- Ensuring that your teams are achieving and exceeding financial and sales targets.
- Ensure hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained to the Company's standard
- Constantly reviewing key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to achieve operational goals.
- Must meet the Company’s Driver Qualification Standards.
Physical Requirements:
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work around heat.
• Work around others in close quarters.
• Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and Team Member work performance.
• Perform job at a continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality & speed standards.
• Any Candidate must be legally able to perform the duties of this position.
Experience
• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience)
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management
