Are you a driven sales professional looking to make an impact in a fast-growing industry? Join a company that’s helping shape the future of e-commerce logistics. We’re a leading provider of domestic and international package shipping services, delivering to millions of addresses across the U.S. and around the world. As online shopping continues to surge, we play a vital role in connecting businesses to consumers — reliably, efficiently, and at scale.
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to help expand our footprint and drive new business in a dynamic, hunter-style sales environment.  The successful candidate will reside around the southern California area.  This will be a home-based position with some local travel to visit customers.
What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Sell package delivery solutions to e-retailers, mail service providers, financial institutions, industrial businesses, and more.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present tailored shipping solutions.
  • Overcome technical and business objections to close deals.
  • Manage client onboarding and implementation.
  • Provide product training and ongoing support to customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in parcel shipping, mail consolidation, or logistics.
  3. Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience.
  4. Proven track record in a hunter-style sales environment.
  5. Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
  6. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  7. Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive base salary + lucrative commission structure.
  2. Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, and vision.
  3. Employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance.
  4. Immediate access to paid time off and holidays.
  5. 401(k) with 4–7% employer contribution and profit sharing.
  6. Gym reimbursement.

Our Culture:
We’re a performance-driven organization that values initiative, collaboration, and integrity. Our team thrives on solving complex challenges, supporting one another, and celebrating wins — big and small. If you’re passionate about growth and making a measurable impact, you’ll fit right in.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
