JOB SUMMARY
Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) will depend on the Regional Sales Manager to provide sales support to the Southern California Region. The RSM will be responsible for the territory by providing support to the SoCal Territory Managers in achieving goals, establishing new business, and developing current buyer relationships. The Regional Manager will help deliver company assigned metrics, own the local sales team and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level.

- Mentor, develop and lead Territory Managers to achieve critical metrics and KPIs
- Work closely with the distribution portfolio partners’ sales and marketing teams to build and achieve aligned business goals
- Drive communication of new product launches and build sales targets
- Travel to assigned geo regions to support the team in establishing and being an excellent partner with key accounts
- Develop and provide sales reports to upper management
- Develop and implement sales tools for team of Territory Managers
- Ability to lead revenue goals, point of distribution targets and find opportunity for strategic growth in an ever-evolving landscape

What we're looking for...
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as a sales leader
- 4-5 years sales leadership experience
- Relevant sales experience in CPG – experience in cannabis and/or beverage or alcohol preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Suite. ERP software knowledge with Encompass, Asana and Outreach experience a plus
- Someone who is passionate about the Cannabis industry!
