Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role is an individual contributor role. You will be responsible for building a territory in your respective region primarily through prospecting for new business and expanding existing accounts. You will report to and work closely with the SVP of Sales to create a GTM strategy that will maintain a 3-4x pipeline and meet/exceed quarterly targets.

The qualified candidate will build territory and account plans, establish a referenceable customer base through the execution of transactions and the Adoption of the Anvilogic Platform.

  • Develop and execute Territory and Opportunity Plans.
  • Maintain a pipeline at 3–4x coverage through consistent prospecting.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Anvilogic use cases and be prepared to articulate value.
  • Build trusted relationships with Security teams and key stakeholders.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Proactively identify risks in deals and collaborate to mitigate them.
  • Operate with urgency and accountability.
  • Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts.
  • Identify and develop internal Champions.
  • Gain access to Executive Buyers (EBs).
  • Conduct multiple in-person meetings weekly.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Travel to customers is expected.

  • Experienced Enterprise Sales Representative with 8+ years of Enterprise Software and Security sales success
  • Proven track record engaging with SOC Engineers, SOC Analysts CISOs, Chief Data Officers and CIOs.
  • Ability to manage the business within a defined sales process
  • Strong desire to prospect, lead discovery meetings, and build a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Consistently execute strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Forecast accurately each quarter
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • High-character, self-motivated team player who is passionate, coachable, humble, and driven to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
