About the Role:

Drive Enterprise Security Innovation Across New Zealand

We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our market expansion across New Zealand's Enterprise and Government sectors. This is your opportunity to champion cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions while building and managing a thriving territory.

What You'll Do:

  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth – Prospect and close strategic accounts while hitting ambitious revenue targets. You'll own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.

  • Strategic Relationship Building – Cultivate deep connections with C-suite executives, key decision makers, and channel partners. Become the trusted security advisor your customers rely on.

  • Territory Leadership – Develop comprehensive account plans, identify high-impact opportunities, and build a robust pipeline that exceeds quota. Work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to accelerate deals.

  • Market Presence – Serve as CrowdStrike's ambassador in your accounts. Articulate our value proposition, showcase real-world use cases, and position our solutions as the answer to complex security challenges.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing to execute regional strategies and leverage internal resources to build winning solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Excellence – Track record closing high-value deals with mid-to-large Enterprise and Government customers in technology

  • SaaS & Solutions Expertise – Deep experience selling cloud-based solutions with a consultative, solutions-selling approach

  • Preferably, Cybersecurity industry experience – you understand the threat landscape, security solutions, and customer pain points authentically

  • Executive Presence – Comfortable navigating C-level conversations and influencing key stakeholders across multiple levels

  • Sales Fundamentals – Strong forecasting accuracy, Salesforce proficiency, and consistent quota attainment

  • Business Acumen – Strategic thinking, accountability, and the leadership qualities to own your territory
