Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to expand sales of the UniDrive product line across a large, multi-state territory spanning Texas through the Eastern United States. This role is focused on opening doors, winning new business, and increasing market presence within conveyor manufacturers, material handling OEMs, and regional automation integrators.

UniDrive is a motion and automation platform designed for industrial conveyor applications. We are looking for someone who understands the realities of the material handling market, is comfortable calling on medium to large manufacturers, and is willing to spend significant time in the field building relationships and generating opportunities.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven sales role. Success comes from persistence, technical credibility, and a willingness to consistently pursue new opportunities. The right candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and focused on delivering measurable growth.

LOCATION & TERRITORY

This is a remote, field-based position. Candidates may reside anywhere within the Southeast or Eastern United States. The assigned territory spans Texas through the broader Eastern U.S., including key industrial markets across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Grow regional sales of UniDrive within conveyor and material handling markets
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities across the Southeast territory
  • Spend significant time in the field meeting with customers and understanding application needs
  • Build working relationships with engineers, plant leaders, and business owners
  • Present technical product solutions in a practical, straightforward manner
  • Manage sales opportunities from first contact through order placement
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and accurate CRM updates
  • Represent UniDrive at regional trade shows and customer events
  • Share competitive and market feedback with internal teams
  • Support customer success and follow-up after product implementation

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of industrial sales experience
  • Prior experience in conveyor or material handling markets
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new sales opportunities
  • Comfortable working with medium to large OEMs and regional industrial customers
  • Strong mechanical, electrical and technical aptitude (control experience a plus)
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Southeast/Eastern territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling motors, conveyor components, or automation equipment
  • Familiarity with regional industry landscape and customer applications
  • Experience growing a territory in competitive markets

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent travel throughout the Southeast and Eastern United States, including both driving and air travel. The position involves regular participation in customer site visits, industry trade shows, and business development events. The ability to occasionally lift and transport materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds is required.
