The Role 

We’re actively hiring Business Development Executives in California—individuals who are passionate about territory expansion, net-new client acquisition, and closing new business. This is a pure hunter role focused on developing new accounts and driving revenue growth within your assigned market. No account management. No maintenance. Just full-cycle new business development. 

If you thrive on cold prospecting, walking into businesses unannounced, and converting leads into revenue—you’ll feel right at home here. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Drive new business development across a defined territory by targeting small and mid-sized retailers
  • Identify, prospect, and close new accounts through in-person cold visits and field sales efforts
  • Build and execute weekly sales plans and route strategies to maximize coverage and pipeline
  • Deliver persuasive product demos showcasing our money transfer and digital financial services
  • Manage all sales activities and opportunities in CRM with discipline and precision

What You Bring 

  • A proven track record in territory-based business development or outside B2B sales
  • At least 1+ year of experience generating and closing new business opportunities
  • An aggressive, go-getter mindset with a focus on building pipeline and closing deals
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
