The Regional Sales Director will lead a sales team for the East Coast, manage forecasting and sales reports, develop strategies for account growth, and mentor account executives while collaborating across various teams.

What you will do
- Reporting to the Head of Sales for the Americas, you will help lead the development of a winning sales team focused on scaling our East Coast territory
- You will lead forecasting, sales reporting, and weekly pipeline reviews with leadership.
- You will guide demand generation and partner with marketing on campaigns.
- You will build executive relationships (CISOs, security leaders) and handle major escalations.
- You will mentor Account Executives, support deals, and guide opportunities through sales.
- You will develop strategies to grow accounts and win new logos.
- You will track CNAPP competition and highlight differentiators.
- You will collaborate across Channels, Marketing, Sales Ops, SEs, Customer Success, and Product.
What you will bring with you
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS Security sales management experience with the ability to close complex Enterprise sales
- Experience with building/scaling sales teams for growth, retention, and hiring.
- Channel sales expertise with partner GTM experience.
- Established network with CISOs, partners, and tech alliances.
- Experience with business planning, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Clari).

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $336,000 and 462,000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
