Job Summary**
As a Regional Sales Director at Temenos, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing strategic client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets for our innovative Line of Business (LOB) products.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
* Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initiating compelling sales conversations to closing complex deals, demonstrating strong direct selling capabilities.
* Conduct in-depth customer and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and anticipate evolving client needs.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, fostering deep customer trust and loyalty through effective rapport building.
* Effectively manage buyer indifference and navigate complex buying influences, understanding the complete buying process.
* Proactively identify and pursue new prospects, expanding Temenos' market presence within the designated region.
* Implement and champion change management initiatives within the sales team to adapt to market dynamics and company strategies.
* Utilize and optimize sales systems and tools to enhance efficiency, track performance, and generate accurate forecasts.
* Prepare and present regular sales reviews and comprehensive reports on regional performance, market trends, and pipeline status.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen in negotiating deals and maximizing profitability.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product adoption.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Ensure all sales activities align with Temenos' strategic objectives and ethical guidelines.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve regional sales goals.
Job Qualifications
* Proven track record of success in regional sales leadership within the financial software or related technology industry.
* Demonstrable expertise in Building Rapport, Direct Selling, and Initiating Compelling Sales Conversations.
* Strong understanding of Change Management principles and their application in a sales environment.
* Exceptional Commercial Acumen and ability to conduct thorough Customer and Market Analysis.
* A deeply Customer-Focused approach with a clear understanding of the buying influences and the overall buying process.
* Proficiency in Prospecting, Planning and Organizing, and effectively managing Buyer Indifference.
* Extensive experience with Line of Business (LOB) Product sales.
* Proficient in Review and Reporting, and adept at utilizing various Systems and Tools - Sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
