The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving new revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing qualified leads into long-term client partnerships. This role works closely with prospective clients, existing customers, and channel partners to understand business needs, position Solarity’s products and services as high-value solutions, and consistently achieve or exceed annual sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through contract negotiation and close.
  • Achieve annual revenue, pipeline, and territory growth targets.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Clearly set and manage client expectations regarding Solarity’s products, services, and implementation approach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead negotiations and resolve client concerns in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Represent Solarity at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ensure accurate handoff of customer requirements and expectations to implementation and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Solarity’s offerings, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Solarity’s CRM and internal systems, including pipeline reporting and forecasting.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 75%), in accordance with Solarity travel policies.
  • Comply with all Solarity policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience; healthcare software or healthcare technology sales strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodology, market dynamics, and negotiation principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
