Description

Remedio is transforming how organizations reduce cyber risk.

While most security tools focus on finding problems, Remedio focuses on fixing them.

Our Autonomous Remediation Platform helps enterprises continuously and safely reduce exposure by remediating vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, closing patching gaps, hardening systems, enforcing compliance, governing applications, and controlling AI risk.

By combining deep dependency awareness, pre-execution validation, automated remediation, and instant rollback, Remedio enables organizations to eliminate risk across endpoints, servers, applications, and AI systems - without disrupting business operations.

Founded in 2019, Remedio spent its first years as a bootstrapped, profitable company, building a strong enterprise customer base before raising a $65M Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

Today, more than 300 enterprise organizations trust Remedio to protect over 3M devices worldwide, including Amazon, Colgate-Palmolive, Kansas Health, Coca-Cola, and many more.

As we continue expanding our platform and growing our global business, we're looking for exceptional people who want to take ownership, solve meaningful challenges, and help shape the next chapter of Remedio's journey.

Responsibilities

Remedio is growing fast, and we're adding a Regional Sales Director to bring our Autonomous Remediation Platform to enterprises across the US

Security teams already have plenty of tools that find problems. What they're missing is a safe way to fix them at scale without breaking production. Detection is nice. Correction is what makes you secure. That's why enterprise buyers take the meeting, and it's what you'll be selling.

As Regional Sales Director, you'll own new business, selling to CISOs and IT and security leaders who are tired of chasing alerts. You won't be starting from a blank page. You'll carry a platform already trusted by more than 300 enterprises and 3M devices, backed by leading investors, and you'll have the proof points to open doors.

You'll work alongside experienced leadership, Solutions Engineers, marketing, and our channel team, all focused on helping you win. If you want a high-impact seat on a team that's growing quickly, with real influence on how we go to market and the upside to match, come join us.

What you'll do

  • Drive new business. Build and execute a regional plan focused on new logos and revenue growth, with a clear view of your target accounts and buying centers.
  • Create pipeline your way. Combine outbound, networking, events, and partner introductions, backed by marketing and Solutions Engineers who want you to win.
  • Build a local partner network that sells with you. Develop relationships with security resellers, VARs, MSSPs, and system integrators who bring you into deals and co-sell with you.
  • Lead the full enterprise sale. Own strategic deals from first conversation through technical validation, negotiation, and close, working with stakeholders across security, IT, and risk.
  • Win on safety as well as speed. Earn trust on the question IT operations asks first: will this break production? Show how pre-execution validation and instant rollback answer it.
  • Forecast with confidence. Keep Salesforce current, call your number accurately, and flag risk early.
  • Shape how we go to market. Partner with leadership, marketing, and channel teams, and bring back what you hear in the field on objections, competitors, and pricing. It will change what we do.

What your first 90 days looks like?

We'll set you up with a clear path and the support to follow it:

  • First 30 days: get up to speed on the platform and our buyers, and build your territory plan and a list of target accounts.
  • First 90 days: build pipeline, with qualified opportunities, active partner conversations, and your first POV underway.
Requirements
  • 8+ years selling enterprise cybersecurity or IT infrastructure software, with a record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Senior-level experience owning and growing a large territory or region, with a history of opening new markets and winning new logos.
  • Established relationships with security resellers, VARs, and partners in your region, and deals you've closed through them.
  • Domain depth in vulnerability management, exposure management, misconfiguration, or patch management.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to CISOs and to IT and security leadership.
  • A structured sales method (we use MEDDICC) and the pipeline discipline to back it up.
  • A startup or high-growth mindset: urgency, self-direction, and energy for building something new.

Nice to have

  • You've built or scaled a regional sales presence.
  • You've mentored sellers or channel partners.
  • You already know enterprise security buyers in the region.
  • You know the endpoint security, EDR/XDR, or exposure management ecosystems.
  • You've worked with MSSPs and global system integrators.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
