As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead sales in the K-12 market, build relationships with district leaders, and strategize sales plans for Kiddom's educational products.

As a Regional Sales Director – Southeast, you’ll play a key role in scaling Kiddom’s presence across Florida, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia K–12 market. Your focus will be building relationships with district leaders, understanding their instructional and operational needs, and helping them realize the value of Kiddom’s state approved High Quality of Instruction Materials. Florida is one of our highest-priority growth markets, and we’re looking for someone who brings grit, heart, and a winning playbook for working with diverse district types across the state.
You will...
- Create the Florida adoption playbook identifying early adopter districts and building relationships before districts start their blackout period (use 2025 state adoptions as a reference point)
- Lead an experienced sales team that have dozens of adoptions experience that allows them to use their strengths and coach them on areas to improve
- Create a strategic sales plan for all adoption market including pre-adoption and post adoptions to reach recurring sales bookings targets
- Leading focus groups to learn what the adoption markets are looking for to help guide the product and curriculum teams
- Present Kiddom to key stakeholders including superintendents, curriculum leaders, school leaders, and teachers
- Contribute to accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Provide market intel and customer feedback to inform GTM strategy
- Host events in all states/regions for brand awareness
- Create custom adoption presentations that highlights state standards and all of the priorities based on our market research
- Work with marketing to build outbound state sequences and campaigns
What we're looking for...
- 5+ years of K–12 EdTech or education sales leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of the US education system and district decision-making structures
- Strong existing network in Florida and Virtinia K–12 ecosystem
- Ability to travel across the country (~40–50%)
- Collaborative, motivated, and comfortable working with cross-functional departments
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
