Position Title: Regional Account Executive
Location: Remote, Midwest (Minneapolis) based with 50% travel

Position Overview:

You are an aggressive self-starter who compels others to get on board. You communicate an inspired and optimistic vision and win over colleagues, customers and business partners alike.  You are known for your ability to close large enterprise software pursuits, leveraging strong solution selling techniques focused on delivering targeted business outcomes. You excel in a team selling environment.  In addition, you have the following attributes:

Experience selling ERP and Analytics Software and Services, and/or Consulting Professional Services (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus) 
You are the quintessential deal “quarterback” ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly 
Demonstrated ability to network in order to increase sales opportunities, attend marketing events and actively support marketing campaigns 
Deep understanding of the business and technical contexts in which accounts are situated

Responsibilities

  • Attain sales/bookings quota by expanding MCA Connect’s footprint within the Dynamics 365 (ERP) and Business Analytics space
  • You will develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan, including identifying core customers, mapping the benefits of MCA Connect’s solutions to the business requirements.
  • You will strive to understand the customer’s organizational structure and work to achieve alignment. You will take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly bookings, and execute on agreed account and business plans:
  • Develop detailed sales/marketing plans and sales forecasts
  • Manage time and work-flow and create effective account and evaluation plans
  • Monitor competition and respond immediately and appropriately
  • Turn leads into pursuits and close pursuits. Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical requirements and solutions.  
  • Manage relationships with key partners such as Microsoft and other industry related alliances 
  • Create compelling and customer-specific value propositions.  Develop professional quality proposals and present to “C” level prospective clients
  • Quarterback our industry leading value proposition effectively utilizing our internal subject matter experts. 

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience selling into one or more of the following: ERP Software and Services (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus) and/or Consulting Professional Services  
  • A proven track record of over-quota achievement 
  • Comfortable with being single point of contact with new customers to assess needs, including understanding customer challenges, and devise targeted solutions 
  • Experience with relationship management and solution selling 
  • Ability to manage and facilitate the development of relationships with all levels of executives  
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, leverage resources and communicate the MCA Connect value proposition to customers at technical and executive levels 
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate within complex corporate structures and organizations 
  • Deep understanding of the IT Services business 
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills 
  • Deep knowledge of the ERP, CRM and Business Analytics competitive landscape 
  • Proven track record of successfully selling ERP software and services 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
