Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented RSA Assistant to join our RSA team in the United States. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone looking to build a foundational career in operations, finance support, or business processes. The RSA Assistant will assist the team with day‑to‑day tasks including SAP processing, invoicing workflows, data entry, and administrative support. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:

  • Support the RSA team with daily operational tasks.
  • Assist with SAP-related processes, including:
    • Data entry and maintenance
    • Transaction processing
    • Basic reporting and system navigation
  • Support the invoicing process, including:
    • Preparing and submitting invoices
    • Verifying invoice accuracy and required documentation
    • Tracking invoice status and following up on pending items
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Basic understanding of financial or administrative processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is helpful (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
