We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Regional People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our employees in Austria, Germany and Switzerland as a core region with a broad range of P&C functions with a focus on employee relations, compliance, talent management and HR Operations. As a key partner to employees and leadership, the Regional People Business Partner will help foster a positive work environment and ensure HR best practices are implemented and maintained.
- Serve as a main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policy, procedure and best practices
- Administer and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local employment law and practices
- Support full employee lifecycle management including onboarding questions, offboarding and internal mobility
- Partner with managers on employee engagement initiatives for countries of support
- Partner with Business Partners to ensure continuity within the business
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion through policy practice and leadership collaboration
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to HR processes and employee experience
- Support escalations from Tier 1 team
- Guide employees and leaders through conflict resolution
- Support complex payroll discrepancies as needed
- Support as an active participant local office events
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience supporting hybrid workforce in the EMEA region
- Experience of supporting Austria, Germany & Switzerland is require, with demonstrable knowledge of local labor law
- Proven experience aligning HR strategies with business priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of HR laws and practices, with the ability to navigate sensitive issues with professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with employees and leadership
- Comfortable working independently and effectively collaborating in a hybrid environment
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools (SAP) is a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €75,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h / week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
