About our Culture:Our mission to change behavioral health starts with us and how we operate. We don’t want to just change behavioral health, we want to change the way startups operate. Here are a few tactical examples:
1) Improving accessibility and quality of healthcare is something we live and breathe. Everyone on Camber’s team cares deeply about helping clinicians and patients.
2) We have to have a sense of humor. Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.
About the Role
We’re expanding our sales team to the field — and looking for mission-driven, deeply connected Partnership Manager who want to bring innovation to ABA care by meeting providers where they are. This role is ideal for former operators or BCBAs who have a strong commercial instinct and want to drive change by working closely with ABA clinics in their local communities.
As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll serve as the face of Camber on the ground — visiting clinics, building authentic relationships with BCBA leaders, and organizing events and gatherings that bring the ABA community together. You’ll play a pivotal role in deepening our footprint in your region.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Camber’s sales efforts in your local market, with a strong focus on in-person visits and community presence.
Serve as a trusted advisor to ABA owners and BCBAs, with a deep understanding of their clinical and operational challenges.
Represent Camber’s mission and values on the ground — helping shape how our brand shows up in real life.
What We’re Looking For:
Clinical or operational background — you’ve been a BCBA or run operations at an ABA clinic, and now want to bring your insight into a high-impact commercial role.
Strong relationship-builder — you enjoy connecting with people in person, creating community, and building trust face-to-face.
Commercial mindset — you’re excited about sales, love solving problems, and are motivated by making things happen.
Self-starter — you’ll be operating independently in your region, so we’re looking for someone who thrives with autonomy and takes initiative.
Creativity and grit — you’re willing to get scrappy and experiment with new tactics to break into local markets.
Passion for the mission — you’re excited to improve access to care and have deep respect for providers doing the work.
Location:
This is a remote, field-based role. Candidates must be located near an ABA community and comfortable with frequent in-person meetings, visits, and events in their area.
Compensation:
Compensation for this role includes $75,000 base and $50,000k commission for total on target earnings; maximum compensation may be significantly higher.
Camber is based in New York City, and we prioritize in-person and hybrid candidates. Please refer to the top of this page for this position's hiring location.
Building an inclusive culture is one of our core tenets as a company. We’re very aware of structural inequalities that exist, and recognize that underrepresented minorities are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t think they meet all of the requirements. If that’s you and you’re reading this, we’d like to encourage you to apply regardless — we’d love to get to know you and see if there’s a place for you here!
In addition, we take security seriously, and all of our employees contribute to uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.
Compensation Range: $70K - $75K
