LastPass is looking for a Regional Partner Manager, MSP

As a Regional Partner Manager, MSP you would be responsible for recruiting, developing and maintaining strong relationships with MSP partners, aiming to expand LastPass’ reach and adoption through these channels. This role involves strategizing and executing partnership programs, providing training and support to MSPs on LastPass offerings, and ensuring the partners have the resources they need to be successful.

Who will you work with? 

The Regional Partner Manager, MSP will report directly to the Global MSP Director and work closely with both the MSP sales team and the marketing department to ensure alignment on the strategy and execution of the MSP program objectives. 

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? 

  • Implementing strategies to recruit, onboard and retain MSP partners ensuring continuous growth 
  • Training and enabling MSP partners to effectively sell and support LastPass 
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to create co-marketing campaigns and strategies that align with overall business goals and drive partner success 
  • Staying on top of market trends and customer needs to adapt partnership strategies accordingly 
  • Representing LastPass at trade shows and events, engaging with current and prospective partners 

What does it take to work at LastPass? 

  • Channel sales or business development experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSP ecosystem 
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, especially in areas related to password management and identity protection. Familiarity with LastPass is a plus 
  • Ability to understand and navigate the MSP business model 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization 
  • Ability to analyze partner performance, market trends, and business metrics 
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Ability to travel/attend trade shows, conferences and partner meeting 

It's great, but not required: 

  • Existing relationships within the MSP community 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Pay Range

$76,000$90,000 USD
