About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic, energetic Regional Marketing Specialist to be the operational engine for marketing planning and execution in the U.S. Enterprise space, supporting all routes to market. This role is a net-new addition designed to double down on the enterprise space. The Marketing Specialist partners with the field marketing, channel, alliance, and sales teams to support business goals by implementing integrated marketing programs that engage prospects, deliver new opportunities, and accelerate existing pipeline. The successful candidate will execute a marketing plan consistent with corporate, sales, and marketing priorities in support of the region's strategy and pipeline goals. This role requires a scrappy, polished, and collaborative marketer.
Ideal candidate will be based in Austin, TX but also open to candidates that work remotely.
What You’ll Do:
Support execution of the regional go-to-market plan across all routes to market to help achieve net-new logo and pipeline acceleration goals in the Enterprise segment, serving as a trusted partner to the sales team.
Help orchestrate and execute integrated field campaigns—such as roadshows, executive dinners, virtual events, and partner-led engagements—designed to deliver both brand and business impact.
Manage project timelines for marketing activity, including vendor management, list criteria development, on-site/day-of support, and post-event follow-up strategies and email nurture campaigns.
Support the channel and partner teams by executing marketing activities and programs tailored to the partner ecosystem, helping to translate go-to-market strategy into action.
Monitor and measure program results by analyzing metrics and regularly reporting results and trends leveraging Salesforce and other reporting tools, optimizing based on feedback loops.
Deliver marketing communications to sales, manage the marketing calendar, and create a newsletter for regional awareness and sales accepted generation.
Effectively manage budget and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
What You’ll Need:
1 – 3 years of progressive B2B marketing experience in a high-tech environment, including exposure to field and partner marketing activities.
BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A commitment to professionalism; you're organized, resourceful, and eager to drive tangible business outcomes.
Experience supporting the execution of programs like account-based marketing (ABX) and a curiosity for data and pipeline reporting.
Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo or similar) and Salesforce
Past experience working with third-party providers (e.g., agencies, vendors, conferences, or list services)
Bonus Points:
Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of threat intelligence landscape
Past experience working with agencies or third-party vendors
Passion for data storytelling and campaign optimization

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
