  • Support partner-led demand generation initiatives across multiple Asian markets.
  • Plan and execute executive-level programs including roundtables, customer forums, workshops, and industry events targeting enterprise and government decision-makers.
  • Partner with Sales to design and execute account-based marketing programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts.

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary marketing business partner to regional Sales and Sales Engineering leadership, and the local sales team.
  • Work closely with Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Partner Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to maximize regional impact.
  • Localize and tailor global assets, messaging, and campaigns to reflect regional language, culture, and market dynamics.
  • Support selected Greater China marketing initiatives through event execution, partner engagement, content localization, and cross-regional program coordination.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and report on marketing program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and marketing investment decisions.
  • Maintain strong alignment between marketing activities and regional revenue objectives.

What you will have

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or a combination of these disciplines.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience marketing across multiple Asian markets, with an understanding of how buying behaviors, partner ecosystems, and cultural nuances differ across the region.
  • Strong experience working closely with sales teams and aligning marketing investments to business outcomes.
  • Experience managing executive events, customer engagement programs, and partner-led marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese/Simplified Chinese for writing
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, partners, and customers across Asia and Greater China.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
