About Oasis Security

At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.

Why Oasis, why now

The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.

The Opportunity

Own the East. Close the biggest deals. Build the team that wins them.
This is not a purely operational role - you’ll be expected to lead from the front and win complex enterprise deals.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll scale one of our most strategic regions, build a high-performing team, and drive complex enterprise opportunities to close.

The Role

Lead and scale our East Coast enterprise business.
You will manage Regional Directors, build a high-performing team, and take ownership of the most important deals in the region.

This role is for you if

  • You're a sales leader who leads from the front and takes ownership of deals
  • You've closed large enterprise deals and can clearly speak to recent wins
  • You know how to build pipeline from scratch, not just manage what's there
  • You hire strong talent beyond your immediate network
  • You're comfortable operating in high-growth environments
  • You can build the team while driving immediate revenue impact

What you’ll own

  • The number: pipeline, forecast, and revenue
  • The team: hiring and developing Regional Directors
  • The deals: owning and driving the most strategic opportunities in the region
  • The motion: building a scalable, high-performing sales engine

What you’ll do

  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
  • Hire and develop Regional Directors
  • Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition at enterprise scale
  • Step into critical deals and drive them to close
  • Lead strategic enterprise relationships
  • Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth

Background

  • Strong track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required)
  • Experience selling into enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
  • Experience in high-growth environments (building vs. operating at scale)
  • Background in Identity preferred
  • Experience managing managers is a plus, not required. Strong first-line leaders ready to step up are highly relevant

What success looks like

  • You take ownership of the most important deals in the region
  • Your team consistently builds and converts pipeline
  • You hire and develop strong leaders
  • The region consistently delivers predictable, growing revenue

Why Oasis

  • Category-defining problem
  • Real enterprise traction
  • Early enough to build, large enough to matter

Equal opportunity

Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the world we're securing. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability status. Oasis Security does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes and will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Oasis Security.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
