Job Summary (Role Overview)
The Regional Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end retail marketing execution across both online and offline consumer touchpoints. This role bridges digital commerce, retail merchandising, paid media, and sales enablement to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopper experience that drives awareness, consideration, conversion, and sell-through across the Americas region.
The position will lead integrated retail marketing initiatives spanning retailer dotcom optimization, digital content syndication, SEO, ratings & reviews, paid media management, in-store merchandising, retail displays, and educational signage. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, Analytics, Global Marketing, and external retail partners to ensure consistent brand execution and measurable business impact across all consumer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, analytically driven, organized, and passionate about delivering best-in-class shopper experiences online and in-store. The role requires strong project management capabilities, communication skills, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.
Specific Responsibilities
- Execute integrated retail marketing programs across online and in-store channels.
- Ensure retailer experiences align with brand, category, and commercial objectives.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support launches, promotions, and sell-through initiatives.
- Manage digital content publishing, optimization, and syndication across retailer, marketplace, and channels.
- Optimize SEO, product content, imagery, and digital shelf presence to improve visibility and conversion.
- Oversee retailer scorecards, content audits, ratings & reviews, and performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Execute merchandising strategies including displays, POP, signage, and fixture programs.
- Partner with retailers, agencies, and vendors to deliver impactful in-store experiences.
- Conduct retail audits and support localized packaging and retail asset development.
- Support retail media programs to drive traffic, awareness, and conversion.
- Manage budgets, invoice processing, spend tracking, and ROI reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize future investments.
- Manage integrated marketing timelines, projects, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop reporting and performance insights to support business decisions and retail strategy.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in retail, shopper, digital, eCommerce, or channel marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience managing digital content and/or in-store merchandising programs.
- Familiarity with major omni-channel retailers (Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc.).
- Knowledge of content management, syndication, analytics, retail media, SEO, and digital shelf optimization.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, and retail partners.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate insights into action.
- Experience with merchandising displays, retail activations, and shopper marketing preferred.
- Consumer electronics or CPG experience preferred.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered.
