$83,200.00 and $136,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$72,000.

What our Regional Channel Sales Manager Enjoy Most About the Role
- Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer and Channel Partner experience through consultative needs analysis and client-centric solutions.
- Designing and presenting tailored communication solutions to meet the complex needs of small, medium, and large business customers.
- Achieving monthly revenue quotas in data, managed services, phone and video by generating sales through Channel Partners.
- Enabling Channel Partners to sell and promote Spectrum Business products and services through networking, training, and industry events.
- Collaborating with the Partner Account Management Team and support groups to ensure seamless handoffs and effective ongoing account management.

Required Qualifications
- Education
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably in telecom data, voice and video solutions.
- Technical Skills
- Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN and fiber networks.
- Skills & Abilities
- Strong English communication skills.
- Relationship-building and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Self-motivated and goal driven.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agent Channel Partners.
- B2B sales with C-level decision makers.
