About Oasis Security

Oasis is the market-leading provider for non-human identity management. Our first-of-its-kind platform transforms how organizations secure non-human identities (service accounts, tokens, keys) throughout their lifecycle, enabling security and development teams to bolster enterprise security posture and simplify compliance.

The Role

Oasis Security is seeking a high-energy, multi-threaded Regional Channel Account Manager (CAM) to dominate the US West market. This isn't a traditional fulfillment role. You will be the primary architect of our partner-led lifecycle, responsible for identifying, recruiting, and "turning on" high-growth partners—transforming them into certified experts.

The Oasis Mindset: Building for Scale

We are a fast-paced, post-Series A startup where the status quo doesn't exist. This is a 'Builder' role we are looking for someone who thrives in the early stages of a territory, loves the 'zero-to-one' journey, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. At Oasis, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the partner strategy and the responsibility to deliver high-impact results in a rapidly evolving market.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Strategic Partnerships: Recruit, certify, and operationalize partners to successfully position and sell the Oasis platform.
  • Co-Selling: Drive regional revenue by co-selling complex enterprise deals with partners across Security, DevOps, and IAM stakeholders.
  • NHI Assessment: Enable partners to lead with NHI Assessments, leveraging data to secure enterprise license commitments.
  • Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a quantifiable strategy, maintaining accurate Salesforce hygiene and pipeline forecasts.
  • AI & Optimization: Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to streamline partner communication, enhance enablement materials, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Executive Relationships: Build C-level partner relationships to establish Oasis as the "first-call" solution for NHI security.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a channel or sales role, specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Proven track record in developing and executing channel strategies and managing complex partner relationships.
  • Relationship & Detail Oriented: You have a deep understanding of the nuances in partner dynamics. You’re not just managing a list; you’re building trust-based relationships and mastering the technical details of the NHI domain to become a true advisor to our partners.
  • Tech-Curious Mindset: You are excited about the potential of AI in sales and channel management and proactive about experimenting with new tools to scale your territory.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience working channel events and conferences.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to support partners and sales activities.

Equality & Diversity

At Oasis Security, we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world. Each of us has a responsibility to drive Equality in our communities and workplaces. We are committed to creating a workforce that reflects society through inclusive programs and initiatives.

Oasis Security is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status.

Oasis Security does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
