Regional Business Unit Leader 


The Opportunity:


As the Regional Business Unit Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving marketing and business success, ensuring sales growth, consumer engagement, and brand clarity. Your leadership will shape the BU’s approach to omnichannel sales, consumer insights, and content marketing, positioning VeSync for continued success in a competitive landscape. 


As a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Executive team, Functional Leads, and other BU leaders to drive marketing enabled business growth strategies—while also rolling up your sleeves to execute and deliver company objectives. 


This role is perfect for a strategic, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about driving impactful marketing and sales growth. 

What you will do at VeSync:

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives across the following: 
  • Commercial Growth & Brand Development (Integrated Marketing, DTC, Retail Sales) 
  • Portfolio & Commercial Management (Product Marketing and GTM) 
  • Business Strategy & Development (App Subscriptions Business Development, Project Management) 
  • Lead New Product Launches to ensure commercial success 
  • Lead content strategies that enhance product value, foster community engagement, and drive brand loyalty. 
  • Drive Brand Strategy development for Retail Sales team. 
  • Drive consumer-focused product and sales initiatives, ensuring strong product-market fit and customer adoption. 
  • Define regional strategy, target consumer segments, and brand positioning to differentiate VeSync in the market. 
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and data-driven optimizations. 
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability. 
  • Strategize business growth opportunities by identifying new market trends, sales channels, and innovation pathways. 
  • Own the DTC sales strategy and execution, optimizing eCommerce performance, customer acquisition, and conversion, while strategically supporting retail sales through marketing initiatives, consumer insights, and omnichannel alignment. 

What you bring to the role:

  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and business growth strategy. 
  • A blend of large enterprise and startup experience, with the ability to navigate both structured and agile environments. 
  • Proven success in a matrixed organization, managing cross-functional teams and aligning regional and global strategies. 
  • Deep expertise in consumer journey mapping, particularly in digital, social, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. 
  • Industry experience in physical products (consumer goods, electronics, or small home appliances, etc.) 
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative, propose ideas, and drive execution. 
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, thriving in both high-level planning and tactical implementation.

  • Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

    Salary: $200,000+ Annually
