This position is responsible for sales in the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Region region. This is an exciting opportunity to drive Tablet Command’s growth across two key regions:

  • Northeast region: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and New Jersey. 
  • Mid-Atlantic region: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Washington D.C.

You’ll target strategic agencies modernizing their incident command operations, manage a mix of new and existing accounts, and help shape the adoption of life-saving technology.

Preference will be given to candidates living in the region with strong relationships across fire departments, communication centers, and public safety networks.

Since launching in 2012, we’ve become the leading provider of incident management solutions, serving more than 1,500 agencies in the U.S. and Canada. As we expand into new markets and public safety verticals, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Account Executive (Northeast & Mid-Atlantic) to join our high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and negotiation through signed contracts.
  • Build relationships with senior fire service leaders (Fire Chiefs, Incident Commanders, City IT/Procurement) to align Tablet Command’s value with their operational needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate ROI and mission impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Tablet Command at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
  • Report accurately on pipeline, forecast, and territory activity using CRM and sales management tools.

RequirementsWhat You Bring

We’re looking for candidates who combine sales excellence, relationship-building skills, and passion for public safety.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology sales into the fire service, public sector, or emergency management.
  • OR senior-level fire service experience (e.g., Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief, Chief Officer) with demonstrated aptitude for sales, technology adoption, or business development.

  • Excellent communicator who can engage both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Technically curious and able to quickly understand and articulate product value.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 20–30%).

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$235,000 (50/50 Base-to-Variable, Uncapped)
