As a Refinery Process Account Manager, you are responsible for:

• Oversee Service Technicians for the Account, Indirect upselling on Accounts, and Customer Service

• Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities

• Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures

• Contributes to plan of larger unit

• Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level

• Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes of research done.

• Standardized project processes

• Guidelines for choosing the right actions

• Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department

• Diverse clients in a region

• Works based on predefined contracts and frameworks

• Some latitude to deviate from those conditions

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry

• At least 2 years of experience refining, (Oil & Gas)

• Previous leadership and mentoring experience of either direct or indirect reports

• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The salary range for this position is 85,500.00 - 153,000.00 USD Annual if employed in California.

*Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023

The annual pay scale for this position is between $85,500.00 - $158,700.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position.
