This role is key in shaping our workforce to attract, recruit and supporting top talent across the organisation.

About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a smooth handover to onboarding

  • Engage and communicate with candidates effectively

  • Support attraction and retention activity by developing high‑quality induction, onboarding frameworks

  • Engage with external partners, colleges, training providers and community groups to build development pipelines

  • Deliver comprehensive welcome and induction training

About you

  • Experience in Recruitment or HR

  • Have a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Strong alignment to our values of compassion, integrity, respect, honesty, responsiveness and ambition
