We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and more
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills, fit, and readiness
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
- Lead recruitment by improving processes
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
Requirements
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote including onboarding
- Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
- Loves to learn and open to feedback
- Experience working with global clients
