Job Summary:

Responsible for recruiting patients over the phone as well as assisting with recruitment programs to increase referrals of participants for the various clinical research trials. 

 

Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00/hr (Depending on education, experience, and skillset)

 

Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Occasional Saturdays only if requested for business demand)

 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
  • Performs the initial telephone screening of patients.
  • Schedule screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
  • Make reminder phone calls as needed.
  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all inclusive.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • 1+ years of clinical research experience 
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to perform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments.
  • Must have keyboarding and basic computer experience.
  • Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance.

Working Conditions

  1. Indoor, Office environment.
  2. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
  3. Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  4. Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential.
