Position Title: Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract top talent and strengthen the organization’s employer brand. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition to create engaging campaigns, optimize candidate outreach, and improve the overall candidate experience across multiple recruitment channels.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and talent attraction. This role reports directly to the Sr Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

  • Develop and maintain the company’s employer brand across digital and social platforms.
  • Create compelling content showcasing company culture, employee stories, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent employer brand messaging across all recruitment materials and channels.

Recruitment Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to support hiring initiatives and workforce growth.
  • Manage job advertising strategies across job boards, social media, email campaigns, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Coordinate targeted campaigns for high-volume, hard-to-fill, and specialized roles.

Content Creation

  • Design and produce recruitment-related content including:
    • Social media posts
    • Videos
    • Graphics
    • Career site content
    • Email campaigns
    • Event materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather employee testimonials and success stories.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage recruitment-focused social media channels and content calendars.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Career Site & Candidate Experience

  • Maintain and optimize the company careers page for engagement and conversion.
  • Improve the candidate journey through clear communication and engaging recruitment touchpoints.
  • Support initiatives that enhance candidate engagement and application completion rates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment marketing metrics such as:
    • Source effectiveness
    • Application conversion rates
    • Campaign performance
    • Cost-per-applicant
    • Candidate engagement
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership and Talent Acquisition teams.

Events & Outreach

  • Support recruiting events including career fairs, campus recruiting, networking events, and virtual hiring events.
  • Assist with promotional materials and event marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
  • Experience managing social media and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment advertising tools.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting healthcare, multi-site, or high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM or recruitment marketing platforms.
