Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Assistant to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition process. This is a part-time, contract-based role perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of tech hiring and enjoys building a welcoming experience for new hires from day one.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Create and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms
Source and attract candidates through job boards, databases, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Evaluate candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria
Provide regular recruitment updates and candidate status reports to the team
Coordinate and attend recruitment-related meetings
Hiring & Onboarding Support
Assist in preparing and sending job offers
Support onboarding activities, including coordination of requirements and documentation
Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support other HR-related tasks as needed
Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment, preferably IT recruitment
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Ability to conduct professional initial interviews and candidate assessments
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote or flexible setup
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Structure: This is an Independent Contractor arrangement.
Schedule: Part-time hours (to be agreed upon), with flexibility based on recruitment volume.
