THE ROLE
We're looking for individuals who have a knack for attention to detail, organization, and coordination but are driven to have an outsized impact. Our Recruiting Coordinators will own candidate experience from end-to-end. You will handle everything from scheduling interviews to improving the programs, processes, and systems that lay at the foundation of Talent Operations.
This person will partner closely with our embedded talent teams and talent agencies as they build out their talent systems from the ground up. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, all while being maniacally obsessed with candidate experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the candidate experience throughout their journey with our at Code Metal
• Partner closely with our embedded talent teams (Operating Partners, Senior Principals, and Principals) to move candidates efficiently through interview processes
• Schedule candidate interviews and handle any type of candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner
• Improve and refine internal processes, systems, and our general approach related to candidate experience
• Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes, as well as implementing a Ashby as an applicant tracking system
YOUR PAST
(We expect you to have done some of these things, but it's not required that you've done all of them)
• Previous experience scheduling or coordinating meetings or interviews, even as part of as part of a broader role
• Demonstrated growth and rapid learning
• Experience thriving in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity
Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting operations and coordination experience. You build strong relationships: You're a people person and enjoy creating great experiences for the people around you. In this role, you may work with founders, recruitment coordinators, and everyone in between.
• You love a challenge. No problem is too big to solve and you relish trying to find creative solutions to improve everyones' experience.
• You love organizing stuff: Planners, color-coding your calendar, Marie Kondo'ing your life, setting up the group itinerary for a trip, whatever; you love organization, and genuinely enjoy helping others get their "house" in order.
• You operate beyond your role. You understand the broader ecosystem that you operate in day-to-day and are driven to have an outsized impact.
• This role is hybrid onsite; you must be able to work from the office on a weekly basis
