The Recruiting Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts in consulting roles, develop strategies to attract talent, and analyze recruiting metrics while ensuring a top candidate experience.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier consulting professionals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, collaborative, and well-versed in the accounting and advisory talent landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires in areas such as Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk Advisory, Cybersecurity, Transaction Services, Valuation, and Tax.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define talent needs and develop customized sourcing strategies.
• Support the recruiting team to achieve performance goals and hiring KPIs.
• Maintain alignment with CFGI’s brand, mission, and values in all candidate interactions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other recruiting platforms.
• Analyze recruiting data and provide reporting on metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Partner with marketing and leadership to promote CFGI's employer brand across digital and in-person channels.
• Ensure a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and business leadership to maintain equitable and compliant hiring practices.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in agency recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting within the accounting, finance, or professional services sector; experience with Big 4 alumni a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever), and recruiting analytics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results and quality of hire.
