About the Role:

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for designing and executing scalable, domain-specific talent acquisition frameworks that align with business goals and long-term hiring strategies. Leading a team of recruiters, they drive performance, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. This role requires deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, data-driven decision-making, and process innovation to enhance hiring efficiency, quality, and diversity while fostering strong partnerships with senior leadership and hiring managers. 

This is a hybrid work opportunity located in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, ensuring the execution of hiring strategies across multiple roles and business areas. 
  • Design and implement advanced hiring methodologies, leveraging creative sourcing strategies, analytics, and innovative recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Optimize recruiting workflows, streamline operational bottlenecks, and track key performance metrics to continuously refine processes. 
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leadership and hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives. 
  • Solve complex hiring and operational challenges using market insights, data analytics, and strategic talent acquisition initiatives. 
  • Balance immediate hiring needs with scalable, long-term talent pipeline development. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong employer brand presence. 

What You’ve Done:

  • 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in leading full-cycle recruiting operations and team management. 
    • 3-5 years of experience managing a Talent Acquisition team, specifically supporting G&A, and the ability to demonstrate impact to business through high performance and delivery.
  • Strong expertise in recruiting strategy, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Experience implementing creative sourcing strategies, analytics, and retention strategies to advance hiring goals. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop, mentor, and drive the performance of a recruiting team. 
  • Partnered with cross-functional leadership to build an iterative hiring process through feedback, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Ability to navigate complex hiring challenges, collaborate with stakeholders, and align recruitment efforts with broader business goals. 
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, recruiting, and hiring high performance, impactful individuals

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits. 

Salary Range

$180,000$220,000 USD
